Common questions

When do I pay?

After the job is finished, never before. Cash, online transfer or e-wallet. There is no booking fee and no deposit.

Is there a transport charge?

Jobs under RM150 carry a RM30 transport fee. At RM150 and above there is no transport charge at all — which is why adding a second item is often barely more expensive than booking one.

Are there any other hidden costs?

No. The price you see is the price, and if the technician finds something that changes it, you are told before any work starts — not after.

Do you sell cleaning machines?

No. We only do the service. Nobody will try to sell you equipment at your door.

How long does everything take to dry?

Sofas and mattresses are normally dry in about two hours. Carpet takes longer because there is more material holding water.

Can you come today?

Often, yes — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away what is still open. Same-day depends on where you are and what is already booked.
