Carpet holds onto traffic patterns, spills and smell far longer than most people realise, because the dirt sits down in the pile where a vacuum head never reaches. Extraction cleaning flushes it out of the base of the fibre rather than skimming the top.
For homes, this is usually a living room rug or a runner. For offices, it is wall-to-wall flooring in meeting rooms, walkways and under desks — the areas where foot traffic shows first.
Office work is measured on site before we start, so you are charged for the area actually cleaned. If you are not sure of the size when booking, give us your best estimate and we will confirm it on arrival.

Jobs under RM150.00 carry a RM30.00 transport charge. At RM150.00 and above, transport is free. You pay after the job is done — there is no deposit and no booking fee.

Measure and check
We confirm the area and check the fibre and backing, then tell you what the marks are likely to do.

Dry vacuum
Grit and loose soil come out first — on carpet this stage matters more than anywhere else.

Wet extraction
Solution is worked into the pile and drawn back out under suction with the soil it has lifted.

Traffic lanes and spots
Walkways and individual marks get a second, closer pass.

Final extraction pass
Suction only, to take the water back out and keep the drying time down.
Questions about this service
How do I work out the square footage?
Multiply the length by the width in feet. A typical living room rug is about 50 to 80 square feet. If you are not sure, give us your best guess — we confirm the real area on site before charging.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Longer than a sofa or mattress, because there is more material holding water. Allow a few hours with airflow. For offices we can work outside business hours so it dries overnight.
Do you move furniture?
We work around normal furniture. Anything heavy, fragile or valuable should be moved before we arrive.
Can you clean office carpet outside working hours?
Yes — tell us what window suits and we will schedule around your team rather than through them.
