Mattress cleaning, without taking the bed apart
You spend a third of your life on it and it has never been washed. We clean the mattress where it lies, and it is dry enough to make up again in about two hours.
A mattress is the one thing in the house that gets used every single night and never gets cleaned. Sweat, dead skin and body oils go straight through the sheet and into the surface, and stay there. On a child's bed, add whatever else has happened overnight.
We use the same wet extraction method as on a sofa: solution worked into the surface, then drawn back out under suction. Urine marks and water rings are the two things people most often call us about, and both respond well when they are treated properly rather than scrubbed.
The mattress stays where it is. Strip the bedding before we arrive and the whole job is usually done inside the hour.

Jobs under RM150.00 carry a RM30.00 transport charge. At RM150.00 and above, transport is free. You pay after the job is done — there is no deposit and no booking fee.

We look at it first
The technician checks the surface and the marks, and tells you what will lift. You decide before any work starts.

Dry vacuum
Surface dust, skin and debris are pulled off before anything wet touches the mattress.

Wet extraction
Cleaning solution is worked into the surface and extracted back out under suction, taking the dissolved build-up with it.

Spot treatment
Urine marks, water rings and any remaining stains are worked individually.

Final extraction pass
Suction only, to pull the moisture back out so the mattress dries in around two hours.
Questions about this service
Can I sleep on it the same night?
Yes. It is normally dry in about two hours, so a morning or afternoon appointment leaves plenty of time. Book early in the day if you want to be certain.
Do you clean both sides?
We clean the sleeping surface. If you want the underside done as well, tell us when you book so the technician can plan for turning it.
Will old urine marks come out?
Usually they lift substantially, and the smell is the part that responds best. A very old, deeply soaked mark may leave some discolouration. The technician will tell you what to expect before starting.
Should I strip the bed before you arrive?
Yes please — sheets, protector and pillows off. It saves time and we can start straight away.
